Same-day bookings via the website can only be made before 5.00pm. After this time, please telephone the hotel direct.

To guarantee your reservation a non-refundable deposit of £35 per person will be debited from your card details supplied.

Our office is open from 9.30am until 6pm, outside those hours our telephone answering machine may be switched on, as the Restaurant will be busy.

Rooms are available from 3.00 pm, check out is 11.00 am. Out with those times by arrangement please.

We respectfully remind Guests that their booking represents a contract with Columba House.

Should you wish to cancel, this needs to be carried out in writing by email or letter and is subject to the following conditions:

1. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the planned booking will be charged 50% of the confirmed reserved accommodation.

2. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the planned booking will be charged 15% of the confirmed reserved accommodation.

3. Non-cancellation and not taking up the reserved accommodation will result in a charge of 100% of the confirmed reserved accommodation first night charge.

We reserve the right to provide an alternative room in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

UK Holiday Insurance is advisable. We have sourced a reputable company for your benefit as quite often the unexpected happens.
